THE 2011 UUCM RAFFLE QUILT

This quilt was made of 59 different 100% cotton fabrics.

The batting is wool.

The quilt is machine washable in cool water with a mild soap. It can be put in the dryer, however we recommend air-drying it for most of the time.

The quilt was pieced by people from Manchester, Goffstown, Londonderry, Candia, Chester and Hooksett NH.

The quilt is queen size: 87” x 105”

The quilt was quilted on a 100+-year-old treadle sewing machine.

Nancy Smart in Tilton NH quilted it.

Approximate man hours in the making: 160

Approximate value of materials: $250
